One of the Pakistan's largest hospital for cardiac diseases were nearly 200 (Two hundred) cases are reported daily out of which patients in private and semi private are separate treating them is not only a big task but at the same time keeping the record of them is a huge issue too in a situation where all the record keeping is done manually with out any help of modern technology . 

Current Technologies
No automation all the work is done manually (paper\pencil) so we failed to find any of the architecture for the data base.

Document management
On weekly and monthly bases but the situation is very pitiable because the number of patients is very high and they find it really difficult to find the result on time in this manner.
